539 Fisgard Street is a 2-storey mixed-use commercial building with ground level retail, residential and artist studio-maker space.

539 Fisgard Street is one of Chinatown’s most historic buildings. It is a 2-storey mixed-use building with high-exposure retail, restaurant, and service space, and second floor live-work space.  it sits on a prominent location in the heart of Chinatown with frontage on Fisgard Street as well as the landmark “Fan Tan Alley”.

Comprised of three separate buildings built over time, the first building was constructed in 1888 and the last building constructed in 1912.

Since its creation in the late 1800s, Fan Tan Alley has been an important part of the neighbourhood’s character and is recognized as the narrowest street in Canada, and among the most popular retail locations in Victoria.

Servissio manages 3 Fan Tan Alley, which comprises the Southeast quarters of Fan Tan Alley. Together with 539 Fisgard, Servissio represents half of this important historic thoroughfare.

539 Fisgard is also home to a unique and historic courtyard space, soon to be home to Victoria’s most unique, semi-outdoor dining experience.
